We are proud to be an active part of our local community. VAB sponsors the Under-11 Girls Clanfield Football Team, supporting young talent and promoting grassroots sports. Jo’s passion for wildlife conservation continues to drive our support for the Born Free Foundation, helping to protect and advocate for animals in need.

Jo White

With over 22 years of experience in national and international property development, Jo brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for the industry. Born and raised in the PO area, she has lived in Waterlooville, Old Bedhampton, East Meon, Widley, and London, giving her extensive knowledge of the region and its bordering counties.

Beyond property, Jo is a devoted animal lover and an active supporter of the Born Free Foundation, being a part of a rescue team in Ethiopia, helping to relocate lions and raise funds for their forever home—proudly naming the reserve Reg’s Retreat after her father-in-law. An energetic grandma (though she prefers the term Glamma), Jo cherishes time with her three grandchildren. In her downtime, she enjoys keeping her mind sharp with Sudoku, crosswords, Wordle, and jigsaw puzzles—while indulging in her guilty pleasure, MAFS!

Tracy Gard

Tracy brings 40 years of expertise in property conveyancing as a former Chartered Legal Executive, having worked with firms in Petersfield, Havant, Emsworth, and Southsea. With a focus on honesty and transparency, she skillfully navigates the challenges of moving home, providing invaluable legal support to both Vendors and Buyers.

Residing in Cosham, Tracy is a devoted nana who enjoys staying active with her grandchildren. A true social butterfly, she fills her time with choir singing, quiz nights, and dancing jive and ceroc. When she’s not on the dance floor, Tracy indulges her passion for gardening and enjoys her beautifully refurbished garden bar.

Lesley Davey

Lesley met Jo three years ago while viewing a property with her husband, Steve. With a shared passion for property development and interior design, Lesley joined the Vendors and Buyers team. Living on top of Portsdown Hill, she’s developing another stunning home.

A lover of photography, Lesley often shares beautiful sunset photos from her terrace (we are not jealous!). Her addiction to TikTok and Vinted fuels her creative design ideas, which she brings to every project and shares with clients. Lesley drives a Tesla, though she occasionally forgets to charge it! A mother of three with a fantastic sense of humour, she brings energy, life, and laughter to the VAB team.
