With our highstreets diminishing year by year, most vendors, buyers and shoppers are not going to the towns, they are utilising the three main online property portals – Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime Location and On The Market.

Historically, estate agents’ commission was between 1% to 3%, depending on the location. However, in our ever-changing techno world, and with the introduction of online portals, you now have a choice for what you want to pay and to whom. Unfortunately, most high street agents do not and will not display their commission online (which to this day we have never understood.)

Vendors & Buyers do not ask you to sign any contract at all. So, if at any time, you decide on a different strategy for your home, you are free to do so.
